Privacy Notice

PFP Endeavors keeps this short on purpose. Here is exactly what we collect, what we do with it, and what we do not do.
What we collect
Only what you choose to give us. If you fill out the contact form or one of the email-capture forms (PFP app waitlist, Cognitivity early-access, etc.), we receive your name, email address, optional company name, and the message you write. That is it.
Why we collect it
To reply to you. We do not use your information for marketing emails or newsletters unless you have explicitly opted in to that specific list.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent through Resend (a transactional email service) directly to support@pfpendeavors.com. Your information is not sold, shared with third parties, or used to build advertising profiles.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set tracking cookies. The only thing we store on your device is your theme preference (dark / light) in localStorage so the site remembers it next time you visit. We do not run analytics tracking, ad pixels, fingerprinting, or session recording.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel, which logs basic request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for operational and security purposes per Vercel's own privacy policy. We do not access or store these logs ourselves.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete any data we hold about you by emailing support@pfpendeavors.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively — the same email gets you the same response.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 13.
Updates
If this notice changes, the "last updated" date at the top of this page changes with it.
