What I believe
You don't need a tech department. You need someone to explain it straight.
Most small business owners have been sold two bad options: ignore AI and modern software, or pay an agency that talks over their head to use it. I'd rather sit with you, explain what's actually worth doing and what's just hype, and build the piece that fits. Software got cheap enough in the last few years that a two-person shop can afford what used to cost six figures. Somebody has to make sense of that for the owners who need it, and I would rather it be me than nobody.
I explain it before I build it.
You should know what a tool does and why it's worth paying for before you ever see an invoice. No jargon, no assuming you already know what an API is. If it doesn't make sense in plain English, I haven't done my job yet.
Fully custom, priced the right way.
A three-person crew gets the same database design, the same security, and the same care as a company with a hundred engineers. Custom does not have to mean expensive anymore, and I price it so a small business can say yes.
I stay after the handoff.
I am not the kid who hands you some technology and disappears. I check in, I answer when you call six months later, and if you are close enough I turn up in person. Call it the relationship with technology you have never had and always wanted.
Free consultation
Start with a free hour.
Tell me where your week goes, and what you've heard about AI that you're not sure is true. I'll tell you what's actually worth doing, what it would cost, and whether I'm the right person to build it. The hour is free.
